Humanitarian Services for Children of Vietnam

Humanitarian Services for Children of Vietnam (HSCV) is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 41-2017760) headquartered in Jordan, MN, that operates programs in Vietnam to support vulnerable children, families, and communities. HSCV focuses on education, livelihood development, emergency relief, and community investments to reduce barriers to schooling and strengthen household income. HSCV delivers programs through three core program areas—youth (Blossom/education & soft skills), family (livelihoods and income generation), and community (school and community infrastructure)—and maintains an in-country presence to implement and monitor activities. The organization publishes regular impact stories and program updates, and in recent years has expanded work on digital inclusion and scaled relief and livelihood interventions. In the 2023–2025 period HSCV reported active program delivery (scholarships, livelihood training, emergency relief, and women’s income projects), continued Form 990 filings with the IRS, and public-facing impact reporting on its website and blog including a Tet Gift initiative (2025) and a 2025 partnership to advance digital inclusion in rural Vietnam.
