About WEST HENNEPIN AFFORDABLE HOUSING LAND TR

West Hennepin Affordable Housing Land Trust (WHAHLT), doing business as Homes Within Reach, is a community land trust based in Minnetonka, Minnesota that acquires, rehabilitates, and places single-family homes and other owner-occupied properties into a 99-year ground lease to preserve long-term affordability for low- and moderate-income working households.
