UNIVERSITY ENTERPRISE LABORATORIES INC

University Enterprise Laboratories (UEL) is a nonprofit life-science incubator in Saint Paul, Minnesota that provides ready-to-use wet lab and office space, shared equipment, and business support to early-stage biotech and related technology companies. UEL was created as a public–private partnership to bridge university research and startup commercialization, and it operates as an independent 501(c)(3) organization focused on growing Minnesota’s life-science ecosystem. In recent years UEL has continued to expand its physical capacity and programmatic partnerships, including a facility expansion completed in the late 2010s and participation in federal accelerator programs supporting medical countermeasure and health-security startups.
