About OCEAN AVENUE ASSOCIATION

The Ocean Avenue Association is a nonprofit organization that manages the Ocean Avenue Community Benefit District in San Francisco’s Ingleside/Lakeside Village commercial corridor. CBD Renewal & Expansion (2025)

Successfully renewed and expanded the Ocean Avenue Community Benefit District in 2025 to include the Lakeside Village commercial corridor, strengthening the district’s service area and funding base.

Large community events & small-business voucher program

Produced major corridor events (for example the Lunar New Year celebration) that distributed nearly 500 business vouchers to attendees to drive local spending and visibility for small businesses.

Streetscape improvements and public-art projects

Advanced visible public improvements in 2025–2026 including corridor lighting repairs through the Avenue Greenlight partnership and a Youth Art Exchange utility-box program that installed and now maintains community artwork along Ocean Avenue.
