About CY-HOPE INC

Cy-Hope, Inc. is a Cypress, TX–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on serving underserved children and families in the Cy‑Fair and nearby Waller communities. The organization operates after‑school Hope Centers, a mobile STEM bus, youth mentoring and leadership programs, a counseling center, food assistance and scholarship programs, youth sports (Dierker’s Champs), summer camp (Camp Lemonade), and a retail resale operation (Hope Chest) to fund its work.

Cy-Hope operates multiple Hope Centers and two Hope Chest resale locations and leverages community partnerships, volunteers, and earned revenue to support programs. In recent years the organization has expanded services and facilities—opening a permanent Waller Hope Center in 2024, breaking ground on the Cy‑Hope Youth Sports Complex in 2024, and reporting seven‑figure resale and program revenues that materially increased organizational capacity and net assets between 2023 and 2024.

Opened Cy‑Hope Waller (2024)

In June 2024 Cy-Hope opened a permanent Waller Hope Center to deliver counseling, food assistance, and after‑school programming to families in the Waller area, expanding the organization’s geographic reach and on‑the‑ground services.

Broke ground on Cy‑Hope Youth Sports Complex (2024)

Cy-Hope broke ground on a three‑field youth sports complex in April 2024 (home of Dierker’s Champs) after completing a fundraising match and securing major corporate gifts and sponsorships to build dedicated youth athletics facilities.

Hope Chest resale supports programs (2024)

Cy-Hope’s Hope Chest resale operations generated more than $2.0 million in contributions in 2024, providing a sustainable revenue stream that directly funds after‑school, mentoring, counseling, and scholarship programs.
