About Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career
Rocky Mountain Partnership (RMP) is a place-based collective impact backbone organization working across the north-metro Denver region to align education, government, nonprofit and business partners so children and young people meet key Cradle-to-Career milestones. RMP operates as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Since adopting its 2030 strategic plan (the Resiliency Project), RMP has focused on measurable regional targets — including a goal to help an additional 71,000 young people achieve milestones by 2030 — and has supported partner capacity, local funding initiatives, and data-driven decision making across Adams County, Arvada, Aurora and Broomfield.

Adopted a multiyear strategy that sets a shared regional goal to help 71,000 more young people reach Cradle-to-Career milestones by 2030 and established annual target tracking to measure progress.
Local school funding success (2022)
Played a central role in a youth-centered campaign that supported passage of a local school funding ballot measure, increasing resources for an underfunded district in the region.
Strengthened funder partnerships and grants
Secured multi-year grants and partnerships to expand data systems, coaching and systems-change activities, and provided technical assistance to entities managing ARPA and settlement funds.
