About BRIDGE STEPS

BRIDGE STEPS (dba The Bridge) operates The Bridge Homeless Recovery Center in downtown Dallas, a low‑barrier, 24/7 day and night shelter that provides free meals, hygiene services, case management, care coordination, and housing navigation for adults experiencing homelessness. The organization manages a comprehensive campus (including on‑site care management, a canine kennel, veteran services, employment and benefits assistance, and rapid re‑housing support) under contracts and grants with the City of Dallas and federal/state funders. In recent years Bridge Steps has operated at a multi‑million dollar scale and served thousands of people annually, focusing on moving guests from emergency shelter into sustainable housing.
