About EMMANUEL HOSPICE

Emmanuel Hospice is a Grand Rapids–based, nonprofit interfaith hospice provider formed through a collaboration of local organizations to deliver end-of-life care. The organization is Medicare-certified and CHAP-accredited and offers clinical hospice services alongside spiritual care, volunteer support, and community-facing bereavement programs. Emmanuel Hospice maintains active grief-support programming (workshops, groups, and one-on-one follow-up for families for at least 13 months after a loss) and runs volunteer and fundraising initiatives to support local service delivery. In recent years it has shown measurable operational scale through multi-million-dollar program service delivery and continued expansion of community grief and education events.
