Pueblo Library Foundation
To support the Pueblo City-County Library District by raising private resources for development, maintenance, operations and high-quality cultural and literacy programming not normally met by public funding.
About Pueblo Library Foundation
The Pueblo Library Foundation was established to partner with Pueblo County residents to strengthen and expand library services, collections, programs and facilities across the Pueblo City-County Library District.
The Foundation operates as the charitable fundraising and stewardship arm for the library district, maintaining an investment fund, running capital and annual campaigns, and awarding private support for renovations, programs and community outreach.
In recent years the Foundation has focused on capital improvements and expansions — including major renovation campaigns and temporary service continuity during construction — while continuing regular fundraising to support programming and access initiatives.
Notable achievements

Sustained private fund
Built and maintains an investment fund used to underwrite library priorities and has reported steady assets and revenue growth in recent 990 filings (most recent fiscal-year financials reflect active contributions and investment income).
