About FAMILY LIFE AND COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER

Family Life and Community Resource Center (FLCRC) is a Richmond, Texas–based 501(c)(3) public charity that provides crime victim services, youth development and family-strengthening programs across Fort Bend County. FLCRC operates county-facing programs including Youth Ambassador Leadership Education (Y.A.L.E.), summer enrichment, college-and-career seminars, scholarships and supportive services for crime victims.
