AMERICA SUCCEEDS

America Succeeds is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Denver that works at the intersection of education and workforce development to advance economic mobility and equity. The organization produces employer-informed research, policy guidance, and tools that help K–16 leaders, employers, and practitioners build, demonstrate, and validate durable skills for the modern economy. America Succeeds developed the Pathsmith® Durable Skills Framework and a portfolio of resources and partnerships that translate employer demand into classroom practice, assessments, and hiring practices. In recent years the organization has expanded its research and implementation work through a Research Practice Collaborative, a 50-state policy scan, and partnerships that embed Pathsmith into education and career platforms. The organization maintains an active web presence, publishes white papers and implementation guides, convenes employers and education leaders, and pursues state-level policy and practice change to scale skills-based approaches across PK–16 and early career systems.
