About DHARMA VOICES FOR ANIMALS

Dharma Voices for Animals (DVA) is an international nonprofit that advocates for animal welfare within Buddhist communities by promoting vegetarian/vegan diets, humane policies at Dharma centers, and public education consistent with Buddhist teachings. Founded by animal-advocacy leaders, the organization runs multi-country projects (notably in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam and the U.S.) focused on outreach, education, temple/restaurant engagement, and culturally tailored campaigns.
