About MINNESOTA MILK BANK FOR BABIES
Minnesota Milk Bank for Babies (MMBB) is a Roseville-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit human donor milk bank accredited by the Human Milk Banking Association of North America (HMBANA). The organization collects, pasteurizes, and distributes donor human milk to premature and medically vulnerable infants, primarily serving hospitals and families in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. In the last 2–3 years MMBB completed a capital move into a larger Roseville facility (2024) to expand processing and distribution capacity, ran a public fundraising campaign to furnish and equip that space, and expanded community depot and hospital partnerships. MMBB publishes donor stories and program updates (including ongoing donor contributions and community programs) demonstrating continued operations and growing local impact into 2025–2026.

Maintains accreditation from the Human Milk Banking Association of North America, meeting industry standards for donor screening, pasteurization, testing and safe handling of donor human milk.
New Roseville facility (2024)
Completed a move to a larger, purpose-ready facility in Roseville in 2024 to increase pasteurization and distribution capacity and better serve NICUs and medically fragile infants across the region.
Step Up for Tiny Feet fundraising campaign
Launched a public campaign tied to the move and build-out of the new site; the campaign reported substantial progress toward its $500,000 goal to furnish and equip the expanded facility.
