DBWPC Inc., doing business as the Delores Barr Weaver Policy Center (See the Girl), is a Jacksonville-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that conducts research, operates direct-service programs, and leads policy advocacy to prevent the criminalization and exploitation of girls and young women.
The organization operates statewide programs (notably the Open Doors Outreach Network and the See the Girl: Continuity of Care Model) that provide survivor-centered outreach, crisis response, mental-health services, court advocacy, and school-based interventions while using research to shape legislative and systems change.

DBWPC’s diversion and community-based interventions are credited with measurable state savings (reported as $11.6M attributable to diverted youth in program analyses).
