DBWPC INC (d/b/a Delores Barr Weaver Policy Center)

DBWPC Inc., doing business as the Delores Barr Weaver Policy Center (See the Girl), is a Jacksonville-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that conducts research, operates direct-service programs, and leads policy advocacy to prevent the criminalization and exploitation of girls and young women.

The organization operates statewide programs (notably the Open Doors Outreach Network and the See the Girl: Continuity of Care Model) that provide survivor-centered outreach, crisis response, mental-health services, court advocacy, and school-based interventions while using research to shape legislative and systems change.

In the last several years DBWPC has produced rolling research briefs and program evaluations used in public testimony and local media, expanded continuity-of-care programming on the First Coast, and continues to serve as a technical-assistance and training provider for practitioners and justice-system stakeholders.
