About Transplant Life Foundation

The Transplant Life Foundation (founded 2011) is a national nonprofit based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, that advocates for and supports transplant recipients, living donors, donor families, caregivers, transplant professionals, and individuals on transplant waiting lists.
