COMMUNITY BRIDGE

Community Bridge is a Minneapolis-based 501(c)(3) community-building agency that operates from the Center for Changing Lives (2400 Park Ave S) in the Phillips West neighborhood. The organization runs a free weekly community meal program, a bi-monthly food shelf, delivered prepared meals, holiday food basket programs, job training and mentoring tied to on-site café and catering services, and hospitality services that provide entry-level work experience.
