About Castle Rock Parks and Trails Foundation
The Castle Rock Parks and Trails Foundation (founded 2012–2013) is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity that partners with the Town of Castle Rock to fund, advocate for, and steward parks, trails, and open space throughout the town and surrounding open-space holdings.
The Foundation runs fundraising campaigns, signature events, volunteer programs, and small-group conservation/preview experiences that both generate operating and project dollars and engage residents in planning and stewardship.
In the last 2–3 years the Foundation has focused on major land stewardship and access projects (notably the Lost Canyon Ranch Open Space initiative), accessibility and inclusive-play projects, and expanded community fundraising events and educational outings.

Spearheaded a multi-year campaign to fund an accessible 'Possibilities Playground' to expand inclusive play options in Castle Rock and increase equitable park access.
