Notable achievements
Launched Bridgefest LA
Created and produced Bridgefest LA (first run in 2022 and continued programming in 2023), a multi-day community festival celebrating the Sixth Street Viaduct that connects Arts District and Boyle Heights artists, businesses, and residents and that includes a local business crawl and day-long public programming on the bridge.
Fiscal sponsorship & program incubation
Provides fiscal sponsorship and administrative support to neighborhood projects (notably Industrial District Green and Project Monarch LA), enabling community-led greening, habitat restoration, and arts-exchange initiatives to fundraise and operate under nonprofit status.
Urban greening and public-space initiatives
Led and supported urban greening efforts in the DTLA industrial/arts area, including coordinated tree-planting events and habitat/park partnerships that advance native-plant restoration and community stewardship in nearby public parks and corridors.
