About DRESS FOR SUCCESS DENVER
Dress for Success Denver is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate that provides no-fee professional clothing, career training, and employment-retention programs to unemployed and underemployed women in the Denver metro area.
Since launching in 2006, the organization has served tens of thousands of women and operates a continuum of services — suiting, career coaching, job-readiness training, leadership programming and a mobile transformation unit — to help clients secure and retain employment.
In the last 2–3 years the affiliate has continued to expand program delivery and impact (including cohort graduations from entrepreneurship and starter programs in 2024 and grant awards in 2025) while maintaining a robust clothing donation and suiting operation.

Long-term service and reach
Since 2006 the affiliate has served more than 20,000 women and distributed over $1,000,000 worth of professional apparel to clients moving into employment.
Strong employment outcomes
Affiliate-reported outcomes show a high rate of employment retention among program participants (a majority of graduates remain employed for 12 months or more), reflecting success in both placement and retention work.
Recent program milestones
In 2024–2025 the affiliate celebrated graduates from entrepreneurship/starter cohorts and received competitive community grant funding that supported program expansion and service delivery.
