Community Uplift Partnership
Through education and connection, Community Uplift Partnership (CUP) strengthens young adults to overcome hurdles in their lives so they, their families, and their community can thrive.
About Community Uplift Partnership
Community Uplift Partnership is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that operates mentorship-driven job-training programs and social enterprises (coffee houses) to equip young adults with work skills, leadership development, and supportive adult relationships.
CUP’s flagship programs include a 12-week Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) and the Beyond The Job employment/mentorship model delivered inside CUP coffee houses; in recent years the organization has expanded its coffee-house social enterprises and sustained fundraising events to support program growth and student stipends.
