About Warehouse Business Accelerator

Warehouse Business Accelerator is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Loveland, Colorado that operates an Innovation Hub and scaleup accelerator programs to help manufacturing and hard-tech companies grow beyond the startup phase.

The organization combines affordable, production-ready facility space and shared equipment with mentorship, education, access to capital and tailored acceleration roadmaps. In 2024–2025 the Warehouse expanded its Innovation Hub (including a new manufacturing pod), launched the Make It Accelerator cohort program, and received a substantial federal EDA grant to scale its services.

Notable achievements

EDA Grant Award

Awarded a $544,000 Economic Development Administration grant (announced Jan 16, 2025) to expand local capacity and technology resources in Larimer County and grow accelerator programming.

Innovation Hub Expansion

Completed construction progress on the fourth manufacturing pod at the Innovation Hub in April 2025 and expanded shared-shop resources and infrastructure to serve more member companies.

Program Launches & Community Growth

Launched the Make It Accelerator cohort program (applications announced Apr 17, 2025), added new member companies and received donated equipment to bolster the shared prototype lab (July 2025).
