About ARCHWAY INVESTMENT CORPORATION INC

Archway Investment Corporation, Inc. is a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving as the development/owner arm of the Archway family of organizations focused on creating affordable rental housing. The organization pursues Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), public funding, and partnerships to finance, develop, and place long-term affordable housing in the Denver–Lakewood region.

Since its tax-exempt recognition in 2014, Archway Investment Corporation has served as owner/developer on multiple recent projects (including senior and family housing and adaptive-reuse developments) and routinely partners with Archway Communities / Archway Housing & Services to provide property management and on-site supportive services. In recent years the organization has advanced major projects—expanding the organization’s portfolio, delivering new affordable units, and securing state and federal housing awards and tax-credit allocations.

Notable achievements

Mosaic Community Campus (adaptive reuse)

Portfolio growth and resident impact (2024)

Contributed to a portfolio expansion in 2024 that added hundreds of affordable units across projects and welcomed more than 500 residents into Archway-managed communities.
