About KConnect (K-CONNECT)

KConnect is a data-driven collective impact network based in Grand Rapids, Michigan that partners with community leaders, content experts, and system change–makers to improve prosperity for children and families across Kent County. The organization operates multi-sector Align & Design teams and cross-cutting workgroups focused on prenatal-to-career milestones (education, family stability, and workforce development).

KConnect maintains a public data dashboard and a Prosperity Index to track real-time progress on its shared goals, and it has grown into a large partner network (200+ organizations) while developing practice and consulting offerings (ConnectUS) to help other communities apply collective-impact methods.

In recent years KConnect has expanded programming in workforce development, educator diversity, and community policy (PACE), and reported materially larger revenues and net assets in fiscal 2024 compared with prior years—reflecting growth in donor support and organizational scale.
