About INSPIRE
INSPIRE is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) youth-development organization (founded 2014) that works inside high schools and communities to develop youth leadership, civic engagement, and college/career access. The organization was founded by Jesse Ramirez and centers five core principles: love, leadership, community, possibilities, and social change.
Programs emphasize experiential leadership training, college and career navigation, and generational healing; INSPIRE reports multi-year college persistence and graduation outcomes that exceed some institutional averages for the students it serves.
In the last 2–3 years INSPIRE has continued school-based programming, scaled its annual Change Agent Institute (summer leadership institute), and received local grant support to sustain operations and expand services in Commerce City and nearby communities.

Expanded and sustained an annual Change Agent Institute that trains large cohorts of high school students (100+ participants in typical institute years) and integrates alumni leadership roles.
