About Pearland ISD Education Foundation

The Pearland ISD Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that raises and awards funds to support instructional innovation, staff recognition, and student opportunities across Pearland Independent School District. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of community leaders, parents, educators and business partners and serves as a bridge between the community and the schools. Since its launch in the mid-2010s, the Foundation has funded more than 600 classroom- and district-level projects and has awarded over $1 million to support educational programs. In recent years the Foundation has continued an active grant cycle (Innovative Teaching Grants and Mini-Grants), maintained annual fundraising events (including an Evening for Education gala and spirit-shirt campaigns), and operated teacher/staff recognition programs. The Foundation runs an annual Innovative Teaching Grant program (award levels up to $5,000 for individual/team projects and up to $7,500 for campus-wide proposals), regular mini-grant rounds, and community fundraising initiatives; it is actively operating with a published 2025–26 grant calendar and ongoing event schedule.
