HOʻŌLA NĀ PUA

Hoʻōla Nā Pua (HNP), meaning “New Life for Our Children,” is a Honolulu-based 501(c)(3) that operates a continuum of prevention, intervention, licensed residential treatment, mentorship, and alumni supports for youth who have experienced sexual exploitation and related trauma. HNP established the Bromley Family Pearl Haven Campus — a 32-bed, state-licensed Special Treatment Facility (STF) — as Hawaiʻi’s first residential program explicitly designed for minor survivors of sex trafficking and sexual abuse and delivers evidence-informed, trauma-responsive clinical care. In recent years HNP has expanded statewide prevention and professional training, reporting large-scale reach (tens of thousands trained or reached) and growing financial scale to sustain Pearl Haven and community programs, with published 2024 reporting showing $6.42M in revenue and a majority of program dollars directed to Pearl Haven clinical care.
