About ROBERT MOSES KIN

Robert Moses' KIN (often styled Robert Moses’ KIN or RMK) is a San Francisco–based contemporary dance company founded in 1995 and organized as a 501(c)(3). The company creates and presents original choreography and multi-disciplinary performance that foregrounds issues of race, identity, and social justice while supporting emerging and mid-career artists.

In the last 2–3 years RMK has been actively presenting live work, commissioning new choreographers, and mounting community-facing projects including a Market Street residency, ongoing classes and workshop offerings (including KINDance), and a 30th Anniversary season of new works. The organization files annual Form 990 returns and reports regular program activity and contributed support, reflecting continued donor-funded operations and program delivery in the Bay Area.
