About THE CENTER FOR RELATIONSHIP EDUCATION

The Center for Relationship Education (CRE) is a Greenwood Village, Colorado–based nonprofit that develops and delivers relationship-skills curriculum, facilitator certification, and community programs for students, families, military members and first responders. CRE publishes the REAL Essentials (Relationship Education and Leadership) curriculum and operates grant-funded initiatives—such as Ready2Relate, Responding to Relationships, Up2You and Livin' the Dream—to bring evidence-based relationship education into schools, workplaces, and targeted communities.

In recent years CRE has expanded federally funded programming and trainer-of-trainer certification offerings, positioning itself as both a curriculum publisher and a service provider that partners with schools, responder organizations, military-support groups, and grantmakers to deliver in-person retreats, classroom modules, and train-the-trainer cohorts. CRE’s programming emphasizes communication, conflict resolution, stress and anger management, decision-making, intimacy and relationship skills across the lifespan.
