RISE – Reaching and Inspiring Success Through Education Corp

RISE is a community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves children and families in East Palo Alto with programs spanning birth–5 early learning, after-school academic support, mentorship, and middle/high school transition services. The organization operates the Little Blue House Birth-5 Collaborative as a local hub where partner agencies deliver parent education, playgroups, health screening, and other early-childhood supports. In recent years RISE has completed and implemented a six-module Early RISErs curriculum, expanded family-centered offerings such as weekly caregiver "Mommy Moments," and sustained regular academic enrichment and mentorship for older students. RISE is led by founders/co-directors with longtime local education experience and maintains annual public Form 990 filings and ongoing fundraising relationships with regional funders.
