Coastal Community Health, Inc. is a not-for-profit regional affiliation created to support and coordinate the operations of locally governed hospital systems in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. The organization acts as a cooperative vehicle for Baptist Health and Southeast Georgia Health System to pursue shared services, clinical collaboration and system-wide efficiencies. Coastal Community Health focuses on several collaborative initiatives — including healthy kids programs, telehealth and disaster planning — that are designed to improve patient access, clinical quality, and operational value for the communities the affiliated systems serve.
