WorkLife Partnership
To build prosperity for individuals, businesses, families, and communities by unleashing the potential of frontline workers through employer-aligned, one-on-one resource navigation and workforce supports.
About WorkLife Partnership
WorkLife Partnership is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that embeds personalized Resource Navigation benefits inside employers to help hourly and frontline workers resolve real-life barriers (housing, childcare, healthcare, financial shocks) so they can remain employed and build economic stability.
In recent years the organization has scaled its navigator services and complementary programs (including a small-dollar loan product) and partnered with national employers and funders to measure impacts on worker stability and employer retention.
Notable achievements
Gates Foundation grant (2023)
Awarded major foundation support to develop a repeatable framework for driving employer investment in job quality and to test scalable strategies that link worker supports to business outcomes.
Scale of services (2024)
Substantially increased reach and measurable impact—serving thousands of workers across multiple states with resource navigation and expanding the small‑dollar loan portfolio during the 2023–2024 period.
Proven client outcomes
High reported client improvements on stress, financial worry, and likelihood to remain employed after navigator support and loan assistance, alongside low default rates in the loan program.
