West Elk Soccer Association (WESA) is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Crested Butte, Colorado, offering year-round soccer programs for children, teens, and adults across the Gunnison Valley.
WESA runs seasonal leagues, clinics, camps and tournaments while prioritizing player development, coach/referee education, and accessible programming for families.
In recent years WESA has increased direct community support through financial aid (2023) and launched a Senior Scholarship (2024), and continues to fundraise through signature events to sustain programming.

Financial aid distribution (2023)
WESA provided $6,167.50 in financial aid to 28 players in 2023 to increase access to programming.
Senior Scholarship launched (2024)
Beginning in 2024 WESA awards two $1,000 senior scholarships (male and female) to players who exemplify WESA values and participation.
Expanded program offerings
Added a broad slate of year-round programs and specialty offerings (ODP/Colorado Select, international high-school trip options, camps and clinics) to support player pathways.
