About LIDÈ Haiti

LIDÈ Haiti is a Haitian-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit (FedTax ID / EIN 47-1715296) administratively based in the Los Angeles area and operating program sites in rural Haiti. The organization uses arts-centered education and literacy programming to build learning, health, psychosocial resilience, and leadership among adolescent girls and young women. LIDÈ’s field team is 100% Haitian and primarily women-led. In recent years the organization has published annual and impact reports, expanded to multiple program sites in the Gonaïves (Artibonite) and Les Coteaux (South) regions, and reports serving several hundred girls annually through arts, education, health, and family-engagement activities.
