About BRIDGE OF HOPE GREATER DENVER
Bridge of Hope Greater Denver is a local affiliate of the national Bridge of Hope network founded to end and prevent homelessness for single mothers and their children in the Denver metro area. The local chapter was formed following a 2014 needs assessment, welcomed its first family in 2016, and uses a partnership model that combines professional case management, time-limited rental assistance, and trained volunteer Neighboring teams drawn from Christian faith communities.
The program typically partners with families for 1–2 years to build housing stability, increase income, and develop life skills. As part of the national network, the Greater Denver program reports local and network-wide outcomes and highlights recent fiscal-year results on its website.
