About Justice For All Immigrants

Justice For All Immigrants (JFAI) is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) immigrant legal services organization (EIN: 47-2079630) with main offices in Houston and a site in San Antonio. It was founded to expand access to affordable, trauma-informed immigration legal representation and to engage in related community education and advocacy.

JFAI operates core programs including general immigration assistance, an asylum project, a Survivors Assistance Program (VAWA/U and T visa work), deportation defense for detained clients, and representation for unaccompanied children. The organization publishes annual reports and client stories that document case outcomes (naturalizations, SIJS, work authorizations, VAWA relief) and community workshops such as citizenship clinics.

In the last 2–3 years JFAI has continued active client representation, public education, and advocacy; it participates in the Harris County Immigration Legal Services Fund (ILSF) partnerships and remains an affiliate of the Immigration Law & Justice Network. JFAI routinely posts newsletters, annual reports, and impact stories describing ongoing service delivery and community outreach.
