YHC Clinic, Inc. (Yahweh Health Clinic) is a Colorado-based nonprofit mobile medical outreach organization (EIN 47-2191180) that delivers free basic healthcare, wound care, prescriptions assistance, screenings, and referrals at food banks, resource fairs, shelters and street outreach sites.
Founded in 2014 by Kathryn D. Boyd-Trull, M.D. and Kara Palfy, APRN, YHC partners with local governments, community navigators, food banks and university programs to reach people who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness and to connect them with longer-term services.
In recent years YHC has expanded volunteer capacity and clinical reach through a formal partnership with CU Street Medicine and regular pop-up clinic collaborations with cities and community partners across the Denver metro area.
