Colorado Digital Learning Solutions (CDLS) is a state-supported 501(c)(3) nonprofit that delivers supplemental online K–12 courses and professional development to Colorado districts, BOCES, and charter schools. CDLS operates as the statewide supplemental course provider within the Colorado Empowered Learning initiative, supplying courses for credit retrieval, advanced placement, dual enrollment, CTE pathways, world languages, and other subjects not available locally. The program emphasizes equity and access across urban and rural districts and partners with state and regional education entities to expand blended and virtual learning options for Colorado students.
