About EXECUTIVES PARTNERING TO INVEST IN CHILDREN

Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC) is a Denver-based nonprofit that engages employers and business leaders to design and implement child care and early childhood solutions. EPIC provides research, consulting, employer-focused tools, and public advocacy to strengthen child care supply, family-friendly workplace practices, and policies that expand access to quality early learning. In recent years EPIC has expanded its membership and direct service partnerships, delivering feasibility studies, employer engagement programs, and state-level advocacy to advance universal preschool and employer-supported child care. The organization works with public agencies, private employers, and philanthropic partners to design practical, data-informed solutions tailored to local workforce needs.

Denver International Airport Child Care Contract (2024)

Awarded a multi-phase contract to lead a child care feasibility study and planning process for Denver International Airport, evaluating needs for up to 40,000 employees and exploring onsite and temporary child care solutions.

Membership & Impact Growth (2025)

Grew a statewide membership of business leaders (reported at more than 70 members) and published an impact report documenting employer-facing projects and tools that advance childcare as essential workforce infrastructure.

Annual Business Leaders Convening

Hosted high-profile Annual Business Leaders Dinners that convene government and business executives to elevate early childhood priorities; recent events have included remarks from state and local leaders and recognition awards for employer innovation in family-friendly practices.
