Northern Colorado Equality
Northern Colorado Equality seeks to empower the LGBTQ+ community and our allies through activities, programs, services and education. Honoring, promoting and celebrating our community’s diversity is our central organizing principle.
About Northern Colorado Equality
Northern Colorado Equality (NoCo Equality) is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2015 that serves as a regional resource clearinghouse and community organizer for LGBTQ+ people and allies across Northern Colorado.
The organization’s flagship work is an annual indoor, climate-controlled Pride Resource Fair designed to be ADA-accessible and family-friendly; NoCo Equality also conducts advocacy, education, and community partnership activities to increase visibility, access, and supports for the region’s LGBTQ+ population.
In the last 2–3 years the group has continued its annual Pride events (including a June 29, 2024 Pride at The Ranch Events Center in Loveland and Northern Colorado Pride on August 10, 2025 at Island Grove Event Center in Greeley), expanded accessibility features, and sustained volunteer-led programming and partnerships across Weld, Larimer and surrounding counties.
