About MINDSPARK LEARNING

MindSpark Learning is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that designs and delivers professional learning, education accelerators, and workforce-connected programs to upskill K–12 educators and strengthen school systems. Since 2017 MindSpark reports having reached tens of thousands of education professionals and millions of students, scaling programs through partnerships with industry, foundations, and school districts across all 50 states and internationally.

Notable achievements

Transformative foundation support

Received multi‑million-dollar philanthropic investments that enabled national program expansion and long‑term capacity building (including a major multi‑million gift announced in 2022 and continued multi‑year support in subsequent years).

Launch of AI certification for educators

Developed and scaled an applied Responsible AI certification and training pathway for K–12 teachers and school leaders, providing resources and professional development to help schools adopt AI responsibly.

Wide scale reach and partnerships

Built a substantial footprint since 2017, reporting the organization has impacted more than 91,000 education professionals, reached millions of students, and formed partnerships with hundreds of industry and community organizations.
