About Thrive - Transformation at Work
Thrive - Transformation at Work is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 47-5039508) based in Colorado that provides no-cost employment training, one-on-one and group coaching, and employer partnership services to help people move from unemployment to stable, living-wage work.
Founded as a community ministry initiative in 2013 and launched as an independent program in 2014, Thrive has expanded its delivery model in recent years to include self-paced online training and a dedicated employer network to support hiring and long-term job retention.
In 2024 Thrive integrated the SNAP2Jobs model to broaden reach and launched online curriculum and cohort-based coaching; its impact goals for 2025 include placing 100 participants in jobs and increasing average starting wages for graduates.

Scaled online training (2024)
Moved primary training to a flexible, self-paced online curriculum in 2024 to expand access and allow new cohorts to start regularly.
Program expansion via Snap2Jobs integration
Integrated the SNAP2Jobs approach to broaden reach to SNAP recipients and leverage online coaching and success coach models for greater placement outcomes.
Hundreds served since founding
Since launch, Thrive has supported several hundred job seekers through training and coaching and reports sustained participant outcomes in confidence, job attainment, and wage growth.
