About SHARING CONNEXION INC

Sharing Connexion, Inc. is a Denver-based 501(c)(3) public charity that provides real estate resources, solutions, and support to nonprofits and affordable housing organizations. The organization operates three core programs—Real Estate Donations, Real Estate Impact, and Real Estate Rescue—to help nonprofits accept and maximize donated property value, access capital for development and renovation projects, and preserve at-risk affordable housing through short-term acquisition. Founded in 2015, Sharing Connexion combines board-level real estate expertise with philanthropic capital to strengthen nonprofit balance sheets and preserve affordable housing.
