About NEW COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION INC
New Community Leadership Foundation (NCLF) is a San Francisco–based 501(c)(3) community organization that supports Black and other historically disenfranchised communities through capacity building, grant-writing, business training, cultural programming, and community real estate initiatives. In recent years NCLF has expanded business training and grant-access services, incubated shared-ownership and restaurant hub projects, and led local placemaking efforts (including the Fillmore-Turk mini-park activation). The organization reports having supported hundreds of artists and community enterprises and helped clients access multi‑million dollar grant funding.

Launched shared-ownership initiatives including Cafe Melange / Bayview Collective (2024) with a six-figure investment and is developing SoulStation (a restaurant and creative hub at 210 Jones Street) along with leadership on neighborhood placemaking such as the Fillmore‑Turk mini-park renovation.
