Wind Crest, Inc. is a nonprofit continuing-care retirement community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, that operates as part of the National Senior Communities network and is managed by Erickson Senior Living.
The campus offers a full continuum of senior housing and on-site health services alongside resort-style amenities and organized programming to support active, engaged aging.
In recent years Wind Crest has completed multiple residential and amenity expansions to increase independent living, assisted living and memory-care capacity and enhance resident services.
Notable achievements
Major campus expansions (2021–2024+)
Completed multiple residential and clubhouse expansions in the early 2020s and added assisted-living and memory-care units and new independent-living residences to increase capacity and amenities.
Enhanced amenity offerings
Added a second indoor pool, new dining venues, an outdoor amphitheater and upgraded clubhouse spaces to broaden resident lifestyle and wellness options.
Industry recognition for design and community
Received national senior-housing and design awards recognizing the community’s independent-living and amenity design following its expansion and redevelopment projects.
