About TROUT UNLIMITED EVERGREEN CHAPTER
Evergreen Trout Unlimited (Chapter #394) is a volunteer-run nonprofit chapter of Trout Unlimited chartered in March 1983 that works to preserve and improve local coldwater fisheries, with a focus on Bear Creek and nearby watersheds.
The chapter runs stream-restoration and monitoring programs, provides youth conservation and flyfishing education, and engages the Evergreen community through volunteer events, advocacy, and outreach.
Activities include habitat improvement projects, summer water-temperature and fish monitoring, testimony and advocacy before state and federal water-quality authorities, and recurring youth programs in partnership with local schools and outdoor education centers.

Consistent partnership with Mt. Evans Outdoor Lab, Colorado Parks & Wildlife and local recreation districts to deliver youth fishing, fly-tying and outdoor skills programs.
