In addition to social and networking programming, NGPA runs an active scholarship program for flight training and aviation education, organizes industry-focused events (including an Industry Expo and Aviation Inclusion Summit), and conducts advocacy and inclusion work with airlines and aviation organizations. The organization operates chapters and student groups worldwide and maintains an active public presence with annual reports and Form 990 filings available publicly.
