Harvesters Reaching the Nations, Inc. (HRTN) is a Plano, Texas–based 501(c)(3) Christian humanitarian organization that operates orphanages, schools, churches and medical clinics primarily in South Sudan (Yei and Terekeka) and a primary school opened in Uganda to serve refugee and local children.

The organization runs two campuses in South Sudan, multiple schools, and a hospital/campus clinic network.
