About Quality Community Foundation
Quality Community Foundation (QCF) was established in 2006 by the City of Commerce City to attract charitable gifts, steward entrusted funds, and promote community philanthropy that improves quality of life for Commerce City residents.
QCF operates two primary programs: (1) annual scholarships (including the Curt Holland Police Scholarship) supporting post‑secondary education and (2) an annual grants program (Project/Program and General Operating Support grants) that funds local nonprofit services and programs serving Commerce City.
QCF runs regular board meetings (fourth Tuesday of each month), actively recruits board members, and coordinates recurring fundraising and scholarship drives tied to community events.
