About RIDGELINE RADIO, INC
RIDGELINE RADIO (88.7 FM, KRDF) is a volunteer-run community radio station serving Red Feather Lakes, Livermore and surrounding mountain communities in northern Colorado. The station emphasizes classic hits (1960s–1970s and classic country) alongside local news and public information.
The nonprofit organization (501(c)(3) EIN 56-2654211) launched on the air in December 2023 and operates with community donations and local sponsorships to provide round-the-clock programming, hyperlocal weather and road-condition updates, and emergency information.
Notable achievements
FCC licensing and call sign
Secured a non-commercial educational FM facility (KRDF, 88.7 FM) and completed the FCC licensing process that enabled local broadcast operations.
On-air launch (Dec 2023)
Began broadcasting to Red Feather Lakes and surrounding communities in December 2023, establishing the area’s first local FM community radio service.
Community-supported operations
