About FIELDS OF PROMISE, INC.
Fields of Promise, Inc. (EIN 57-1235074) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charity focused on community-based child care, educational empowerment, and holistic support for vulnerable populations in northern Ethiopia.
Working through local partners (notably Operation Rescue Ethiopia), FOP provides child sponsorship, material aid, vocational and veterinary education support, and trauma-informed capacity building for clergy and community caregivers; the organization conducts regular volunteer trips and fundraising to sustain these programs.

Long-term partnership with ORE
Sustained partnership (since 2006–2007) with Operation Rescue Ethiopia to expand community childcare, build residential homes, and maintain ongoing sponsorship relationships.
Veterinary education support
Established and sustained veterinary library and donated textbooks/equipment to Mekelle University veterinary program beginning in 2007 to strengthen local veterinary education and livelihoods.
Trauma-informed counseling support (2023–present)
Began supporting the Imago Dei counseling center and associated clergy training in 2023 to address mental-health and gender-based-violence needs arising from the regional conflict.
